Terms of Use

1. The app

CleanTrack is the internal operations app of APC Building Maintenance Inc. ("APC") — scheduling, time tracking, quality control, reporting, and a client portal. Accounts are provisioned by APC for its employees, contractors, and building clients; the app is not offered to the public and there is no self-serve signup.

2. Accounts

Your account is personal to you. Keep your credentials confidential, and tell your APC administrator promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. APC may suspend or close accounts as part of managing its workforce and client relationships.

3. Acceptable use

• No attempts to access records beyond your role or probe the app's security.
• No unlawful content; photos and records must relate to legitimate work activity.
• API and automation use must stay within fair-use rate limits.

4. Data

Operational records belong to APC. Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Building clients may request an export of the service records for their own facilities.

5. Safety features

SOS alerts, lone-worker check-ins, and similar features assist — but do not replace — workplace safety procedures and emergency services. CleanTrack is not an emergency service.

6. Availability & changes

We target high availability but the app is provided "as is" without an uptime warranty. Features may evolve as our operations do; material changes will be communicated in advance.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable employment or consumer law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes go to the courts of British Columbia.
