Terms of Service

1. The service
CleanTrack provides software for managing commercial cleaning operations — scheduling, time tracking, quality control, reporting, client portals, and related tools. The service is provided to the company that creates a workspace (the "Operator"); workers and clients use it under the Operator's account.
2. Accounts
The Operator is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters, for managing who has access to its workspace, and for ensuring its use of the platform — including GPS capture and photo collection — complies with employment and privacy law in its jurisdiction.
3. Acceptable use
- No attempts to access other tenants' data or probe the service's security.
- No unlawful content; photos and records must relate to legitimate work activity.
- API and automation use must stay within fair-use rate limits.
4. Data
The Operator owns its data. We process it solely to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. On account closure the Operator may export its data; we delete it after a wind-down period, subject to legal retention requirements.
5. Safety features
SOS alerts, lone-worker check-ins, and similar features assist — but do not replace — the Operator's legal safety obligations and emergency procedures. CleanTrack is not an emergency service.
6. Availability & changes
We target high availability but the service is provided "as is" without uptime warranty unless covered in a separate agreement. Features may evolve; material reductions in functionality will be communicated in advance.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes go to the courts of British Columbia.
